As a first time seller, Cindy was the best realtor I could have ever hoped for. She kept me up to date on all items, helped find me someone to make minor repairs (John was amazing!), and really blew my mind at how caring and supportive she is. My situation was a bit complicated and she went above and beyond and pulled all her strings, used all her resources, and simply led me to make the best decisions possible regarding the sale of my house. Cindy made me feel so comfortable at all times. She took the stress of this situation from me and honestly I did not stress at all. She spent so much of her time helping me. She listened to my concerns and had solutions for every single question I had (and I had a lot!). Her experience, personality, and overall caring nature made this experience so pleasurable. I only wish I had more houses she could sell for me. I hear she's just as good at representing buyers as well ;). She lives up to all expectations and I will absolutely ONLY be using Cindy as my realtor for any future real estate needs.
